Most people cannot afford to purchase original artwork. I would love to own beautiful paintings by well-known artists but my pocket book won't allow me to do so. Paintings in art galleries have a 50% (and up) markup and can run into the thousands (or tens of thousand) dollars. As an investment they are worth the price you pay if you can afford it. Even buying direct from the artist, good artwork can cost well over $1,000. I have sold $1,000 paintings and would be happy to sell ten paintings a day at that price if I could find customers who could afford it .
I feel very strongly about providing quality paintings at affordable prices. Will I become a millionaire by implementing this philosophy? NOPE ! Will I have the pleasure of knowing that my painitings will be displayed in the homes of people who could not normally afford to own an original painting? YEP !

I hope you will enjoy seeing my oil and acrylic landscape paintings of the Texas Hill Country. You can almost smell the fragrance of Texas Bluebonnets and other varieties of wild flowers as they flood the Texas hills and valleys during the spring of each year. I try to capture that beauty in my landscapes.

Along the way you will discover other paintings that have a distinct Texas flavor - and heaven forbid - there might even be some paintings that depict scenes from other "foreign" states outside the "Republic of Texas".

So "hitch" up your pants, put on your boots and spurs, saddle your bronc and "click" your way through these beautiful paintings - whether it be for "purchase" or "pleasure". My intent is to provide you quality original paintings at affordable prices.

.I will also do landscape commissions should you want a painting with certain features in it (old barn, windmill, etc). All it will take is an email to let me know what you have in mind. We will work together to ensure you end up with the painting you desire.

How to buy my paintings:

1. Submit an automated order online from within the "Gallery"

2. Buy directly off my BLOG  

3. Email me at sam@sammooreart.com 

To complete an automated order from the Gallery:

1. Click on the "Add to Cart" button for the item you wish to purchase on the "Gallery" pages.  Go to the top or bottom of the page where the picture is located, and click on "View Cart" and this will take you to the PayPal shopping cart where you can view your order.

2. From the" Shopping Cart" page you can continue shopping or update your order.  If you wish to complete the order click on "check out" and you will be taken to a secure page.

3. Complete the PayPal page and a "Sales Confirmation" page will be mailed to you with in 48 hours. 

Ordering Details:

1. Order will be processed within 48 Hours

2. Original paintings will be shipped within 7 business days if paying by PayPal, Credit card or Cashier Checks 

3. Allow 1-2 weeks for personal checks to clear before paintings are shipped

4. All funds are in US Dollars

REFUND POLICY:  All sales are final except for replacement of merchandise damaged in shipping. Customer is responsible for notifying the seller of damage within 5 days. Your money will be credited to your account or the painting will be replaced with a painting of same value upon receipt and inspection of damaged painting. Customer will be responsible for insurance and shipping charges on returned merchandise.

PRIVACY POLICY:  At Sam Moore Art  we are committed to protecting your privacy.  We  will only use the information we collect to process your order and to communicate with you about your order.  We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party. 

Prices are subject to change.

SALES TAX: Any purchase which is shipped within the state of Texas will be charged a sales tax rate of 8.25%.   Paintings will be shipped from Schertz, Tex. (Guadalupe County).  There is no sales tax on purchases shipped outside the state of Texas.
